Refund and Return Policy

- Returns
1.1 Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
1.2 Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@thenovanex.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package your item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
1.3 Refund Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
2. Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately upon receipt of the item.
2.2 Exchange Process:
- Follow the return process outlined above.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship out a replacement item, if available.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Reporting:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide detailed information and, if possible, photographs of the damage or defect.
3.2 Resolution:
- Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement, a store credit, or a refund.
4. Refund Exceptions
4.1 Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
4.2 Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
